The content of thesis is to analyze the process of evalution and development of employees in the organization. Education of employees is an important constituent part of efficiently functioning business. Theoretical part provides information about education, evaluation, care for employees and about performance management. Analytic part was focused on an organization in which the education of its employees is integral as it is very much influenced by the develpoment of technological process. Research, which was executed within the organization, is to reveal deficiencies that occur in process of evalution and education of employees in the organization. The last part was devoted to summary and suggests how to eliminate deficiencies.

In the next part I characterized PESTAN company and analyzed its personnel activities. On basis of gained knowledge I determined proposals focused on improving a current situation.

In the first part of the thesis we define basic notions and terms we will use in the analysis. In the second part we describe the educational policy and processes applied by the company which are subsequently analyzed in the third part. Outcomes of the analysis serve as the basis for recommendations to improve the educational strategies and policies of the company.

This diploma thesis focuses on the professional development of HR Officers in a selected organization. The main goal is to find out and describe the approach of HR Officers in the selected organization to their own professional development. The presented work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, areas and terms related to the researched issue are defined. The first chapter deals with the field of personnel studies. Specifically, it is dedicated to HR Officers, their roles, HR activities, competencies and opportunities for further professional education. The second chapter focuses on the area of employee education and development. It deals with corporate education, systematic education, methods of education and development, and motivation and barriers in the further education of adults. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the description of the methodology of the research investigation. For the purposes of the diploma thesis, a qualitative method was chosen, and a case study was chosen as the research design. Educational needs of state employees implementing the consumer protection agenda

This diploma thesis has the goal of identifying the educational needs of civil servants carrying out administration of consumer protection for Czech Telecommunication Office and to propose suitable educational activities for this group of employees on the basis of an executed analysis of educational needs, in the interests of improving the effectiveness of administration. For the purpose of complex understanding of the issue of educating civil servants, the first part of this diploma thesis discusses the general characteristics of corporate education. It also explains the concept of competence and describes the possibility of utilising competency modelling in personnel processes. The chapter devoted to the education of civil servants in the context of current legal regulations, is an integral element of the theoretical part of this diploma thesis. The empirical part of this paper is devoted to the methodology. It defines the research goal and research questions. It also describes the entire process of the executed analysis of educational needs, from the pre- preparatory phase, to proposal of measures. Irena Lhotková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The aim of my bachelor thesis is to map the education and development of new employees within the Czech school inspectorate - school inspectors and control officials. The theoretical part contains a summary of professional education and the development of employees. The following part is dedicated to the introduction of characteristics and the organizational structure of the Czech school inspectorate. At the same time, the form of introductory education needed by starters is described as follows. The practical part contains an analysis of survey findings gathered through both questionnaires completed by school inspectors and auditors who entered the inspectorate between the years 2008 and 2010 and interviews with the heads of the regional inspectorates. The conclusion identifies shortcomings in the introductory education conception of new employees within the organization.
